Any disturbance of the program, be it an omitted reservation or a missed transfer, may shake the client’s confidence in his supplier.

United Limousines implements a series of preventive measures with a two-pronged approach: to ensure quality standards and to minimize the potential for mishaps. Some of these measures are as follows:

  • We check all information relevant to an assignment, such as flight numbers, arrival times, greeting signs, destinations etc.
  • We check the suitability for all assignments, e.g. comparing vehicle type to number of passengers expected.
  • Drivers are on alert two hours prior to their assignment.
  • We continually verify drivers‘ licenses and authorizations in three month intervals.
  • Vehicles are on-site 15 minutes prior to pick-up time.
  • On-time management through driver feedback.
  • Cleanliness of our vehicles is ensured by internal maintenance staff.
